White-label staffing app and platform features for event agencies
I/XII
Your positions & markets.
Brand Ambassadors, Bartenders, Lead Servers: a positions catalog with your titles, pay rate, bill rate and margin. Markets with their own time zone, so a Nashville shift never wakes the Knoxville roster.
II/XII
Your shifts & programs.
One-off events with briefing, dress code and products attached. Programs with dozens of shifts dispatched in waves: Tier 1 first, then Tier 2, then Tier 3, auto-advancing when a tier doesn't fill.
Briefing, equipment list, weather playbook, recap structure.
Sampling spec, talking points, consumer FAQ pre-loaded.
Bar takeover briefing, drink spec, demographic survey.
Full activation: setup, demo, samples, sales, recap.
III/XII
Your branded worker app.
Your ambassadors don't download Staffli. They install your app: your icon on the home screen, your colors, your name on every push, every SMS, every email. Installable from day one, on the stores next.
IV/XII
Your branded client portal.
Your clients log in on your domain and see only their own data. They request shifts you just validate, like the candidates you propose, read full recaps and invoices, and write in one thread your whole team sees.

Your rates & billing rules.
Day and night rates, per-position overrides, management fee, rush and holiday premiums, buyback, mileage. Sales tax resolved from the shift's state. Split billing across up to six payers, to the cent.
Saturday gala · 8 hr shift
VI/XII
Your assistant runs the day-to-day.
Tell Nelson what you need in plain English: draft an event, staff someone, launch the next wave, list unpaid invoices, export to QuickBooks, remind the crew at 6pm. It executes inside your back office and flags at-risk shifts before you ask.
✓ Maya R. staffed · Kroger Green Hills · Fri 4–8pm CT
✓ Reminder scheduled · 6:00pm CT · push + SMS · 4 ambassadors
⚠ Saturday's Total Wine tasting is 2 / 4 staffed. Launch wave 2?
VII/XII
Your recap templates per client.
Sales counts for one brand, sentiment and demographics for another, photos for a third. Conditional questions, photo requirements, approval before the client sees it. The ambassador only sees the form for the brand they're working.
VIII/XII
Your talent pool.
Tier 1, 2 and 3 per market and job family, scored on shifts done, ratings and no-shows, with manual override. Internal tags, notes, language evaluations and a map to find who's close to the venue.
IX/XII
Your documents & compliance.
Certifications, permits and licenses per ambassador with expiry dates. Automatic reminders before they expire, a roster view by status, and required tags that hide a shift from anyone who doesn't hold them.
X/XII
Your accounting stack.
Staffli produces the invoices, the hours and the exports. Accounting export for QuickBooks, Xero or generic CSV, one row per line item. A register for your payment provider. Webhooks for anything else. It never moves your money.
XI/XII
Your data, always yours.
One dedicated database for your agency, hosted in the US, backed up daily. Export everything at any time, and in full at the end of the contract. If Staffli can no longer deliver, you receive the source code and the accesses to keep running.
