Time tracking & check-in
Paper sign-in sheets and texted photos of a watch do not survive a billing dispute. Staffli's worker app clocks workers in only inside the venue radius and takes a live selfie as evidence. The worker then submits their hours from the shift card, and you validate them with the clock record right beside, so hours are trusted by your client and ready for your payment provider.
Clock-in only succeeds inside the radius set for the shift location. Outside it, the attempt is refused and the distance is recorded. One clock-in and one clock-out per shift, the cycle closed by an admin.
The selfie is taken in the app at that moment, not picked from the gallery, and attached to the record. You confirm the right person was on site without calling the venue.
Reminders before the shift, hours reminders after it, and any last-minute instruction go out on push, SMS or both, with the first name merged in. Every message carries its delivery status, so a missing clock-in is never a 'I didn't get the text' conversation.
Attendance is evidence, not the basis for payment. The worker submits hours with mileage and receipts, planned and submitted are shown side by side, you validate or reject with a reason, and validated hours become the client invoice.

Yes. Geofenced clock-in and the selfie check are features of the worker app that carries your agency's brand. Workers never see the Staffli name.
An hours reminder goes out on push or SMS in the shift's local time. Non-submitters are greyed in the program's hours tab with a remind button, and you can enter hours on the worker's behalf, directly validated, with the worker notified.
Yes. The client portal shows the team on site, with photos and first names of the confirmed workers, and the full recap for each shift. Live clock-in status stays on your side.
Staffli is priced per active worker per month. You only pay for workers who actually worked a shift in the last two months. Admin seats are unlimited, with no per-seat fees for managers. SMS is billed at 3 cents a message. The exact rate is on the pricing page.
