When StaffConnect is the better pick
StaffConnect is a reasonable pick if you want a mature, self-serve platform and are comfortable configuring it yourself. Staffli is the better fit if you want the setup done for you, your own branded app and portal, per-active-worker pricing, and a vendor small enough to build the feature you ask for.
Positions, rates, programs, tiers, branding and reporting templates are loaded for you. You do not spend your first month in settings screens.
Workers download an app with your name on it. Clients log into a portal on your domain. Your data lives in a database dedicated to your agency.

StaffConnect is a self-serve event staffing platform. Staffli is configured for each agency by a named person, ships as your own white-label app and portal on your domain, is priced per active worker, and includes Nelson, an AI staffing coordinator who executes tasks from a text instruction.
Not with Staffli. E-signature is built into the worker app and included in the price, so there is no DocuSign subscription to add. Workers sign offer letters, contractor agreements and NDAs on their phone with a code sent by email, and every signed PDF carries a timestamp and an evidence certificate.
Staffli is priced per active worker per month. You only pay for workers who actually worked a shift in the last two months. Admin seats are unlimited, with no per-seat fees for managers. SMS is billed at 3 cents a message. The exact rate is on the pricing page.
The setup is done by Staffli before you log in: your domain and branding, your roster, clients and locations imported, your markets, positions, rates and recap templates configured. You go live from day one as an installable app, with three recorded training sessions, then 30 days of hypercare where every adjustment is included, with one named contact.
