Brand ambassador agencies
Brand ambassador agencies live on reliability: the right ambassador, briefed on the right brand, showing up at the right store. Staffli manages the whole loop, from tiered rosters and brand briefs to geofenced check-in, recaps and client invoicing, inside an app that carries your agency's name.
Smart Tiers rank your ambassadors by market on real performance. Your best people get first access to shifts, and you keep the final word on any tier.
Talking points, tasting notes, website and photo are entered once on the supplier's product. Ambassadors read it from the shift in the app, not on a forwarded PDF.
Publish a program's shifts to your top tier first, then widen automatically to the next wave. Hundreds of tastings a month get staffed without a manager texting one by one.
Field photos, samples distributed, sentiment and any KPI from your recap template are collected on site and appear in the client's portal once you approve them, under your brand.
One price per active worker. No modules to buy, no seats for managers.
FAQ
Software that helps a staffing agency recruit, schedule, brief, track and pay brand ambassadors for in-store demos, samplings and event activations, and report results back to the brand or retailer. Staffli covers that whole cycle plus payroll exports and invoicing.
In the app and by SMS. Every shift carries the venue, times in the market's local time, dress code, on-site contact and the brand story. Reminders before the shift, hours and recap reminders and any manual message go out on push, SMS or both, each logged with its delivery status.
Through a client portal on your domain. Each activation gets the full recap with photos, samples distributed, sentiment and KPIs, plus the invoice, without you assembling a deck.
Your agency's app. Staffli is fully white-label: the worker app carries your name, your logo and your colors, the client portal runs on your own domain, and your data sits in a dedicated database. Workers and clients never see the Staffli brand.
Staffli is priced per active worker per month. You only pay for workers who actually worked a shift in the last two months. Admin seats are unlimited, with no per-seat fees for managers. SMS is billed at 3 cents a message. The exact rate is on the pricing page.
