Trade show staffing
Trade shows compress a month of staffing into three days: multi-day shifts, badge pickup, strict venue hours and exhibitors who want to know their booth is covered. Staffli schedules booth staff and hosts by city and skill, verifies check-in at the venue and turns approved hours into the client invoice before the booth is torn down.
Build a show as one program with daily shifts, venue address, badge and dress-code instructions. Staff by market so you draw from the local pool first and travel only when needed.
Workers clock in on site; the app checks they are inside the venue radius and takes a live selfie as evidence. Refused attempts are logged with the distance. Reminders and last-minute instructions reach the crew by SMS, with delivery status on the shift.
Product talking points, lead-capture instructions and booth rules are attached to the client and visible on the worker's phone before day one.
Hours you validate become the client invoice, with split billing across exhibitors and sales tax by state applied. The exhibitor sees it in their portal and declares payment there.
One price per active worker. No modules to buy, no seats for managers.
FAQ
Yes. Each exhibitor is a client with its own shifts, briefs and invoice, while your managers see the whole show in one calendar and avoid double-booking a worker across booths. Split billing handles a shared crew.
Every shift carries the venue address, hall and booth number, badge pickup, dress code and on-site contact. It shows on the worker's lock screen before they arrive.
Yes. Worker documents and certifications are stored on the profile with expiry dates and automatic reminders. Shifts that require a tag are only visible to workers who hold it, and you can filter the roster by document status when staffing.
The setup is done by Staffli before you log in: your domain and branding, your roster, clients and locations imported, your markets, positions, rates and recap templates configured. You go live from day one as an installable app, with three recorded training sessions, then 30 days of hypercare where every adjustment is included, with one named contact. See the getting-started page.
Staffli is priced per active worker per month. You only pay for workers who actually worked a shift in the last two months. Admin seats are unlimited, with no per-seat fees for managers. SMS is billed at 3 cents a message. The exact rate is on the pricing page.
